• The participant’s age, or the age range and number of people in a group.

• The sessions you’re interested in and any preferred dates.

• A brief outline of interests, support needs and what you hope the sessions could offer.

You don’t need to share a detailed personal history in your first message. We can discuss individual needs during an initial telephone conversation.

Together, we’ll explore suitable activities and develop a person-centred plan, listening to the participant’s preferences and involving parents, carers or supporting staff where appropriate.

We offer small-group sessions for up to six participants, with time for individual attention. One-to-one sessions are also available.

Prices vary depending on session type, group size and individual support needs. Quotes are available on request, and we’ll confirm costs before you book.
